Broadly columnar, deciduous. Produced in Holland by the open pollination of Ulmus glabra 'Exoniensis' (Exeter Elm) x Ulmus wallichiana (Himalayan elm). Same tree was parent of 'Lobel' & 'Plantyn'. Narrow crown from 'Exonensis' ancestry. DED resistant.
