You can readily download an order form, fill in your requirements and fax or post
it to us.
Terms of Trade
PAYMENTS -
Accounts due by 20th of the month following
date of the invoice. Interest at 2% per
month added to overdue accounts. Any undisputed
account requiring to be collected by a
Debt Collection Agency will also attract
all collection fees including their commission
fees. Our accounts are protected by Guardian
Credit.
CLAIMS -
We take special care in the packaging of
our plants to ensure they arrive in good
condition. Any complaints or shortages
must be lodged within seven days of receipt
of goods. Claims for loss or damage in
transit to be made to the last carrier.
CONDITIONS
OF SALE - We, at Appletons Tree
Nursery Ltd take the greatest of care
to have all trees, plants, seeds etc
to be of merchantable quality and to
be true to name and description, but
any express or implied conditions, statement
of warranty whether arising by statute
or common law or otherwise as to merchantable
quality or names or descriptions is hereby
excluded. We do not undertake to replace
failures or be responsible for the crop.
